CMM Inspector/Programmer for Machine Shop in San Jose.
- Conduct daily inspections of production parts and parts received both visually and dimensionally.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Create CMM Programs from pdf drawings and/or Cad files using Mitutoyo MCosmos (Mitutoyo Crysta Apex V9168, C776 and C9108)
- Create fixtures to setup parts on CMM
- Create Program to inspect First Article and provide reports
- Create Program to inspect in-process/ PSI and provide reports
- The Inspector is responsible for providing documented objective evidence of inspection status. Inspectors support production, management, and customer interaction, when required.
- Maintains inspection records in accordance with company procedures
- Generates and assists in the corrective/preventive action process and non-conforming

- Payrate range: $32/hr to $35/hr base on experience.
