Description/ Responsibilities:
Acquire & preset tooling and fixtures.
Input/output and revision of production programming.
Operation of CNC Lathe controls.
Perform machining functions.
Perform all quality control checks necessary.
Work with quality assurance team.
Assist coworkers in the set-up/operation of machine and jobs.
Work with programmer to change programs when necessary.
Clock in/out of job using NWM software.
Sign off & add notes to travelers for part master updates and reference.
Keep work area clean.

SMEC SL 2000M - Fanuc Series 0i-TF
SMEC SL 20 - Fanuc series 0i-TD
SMEC SL 2000 - Fanuc series 0i-TF
Akira Seiki SL 20 - Akira Mi control
Akira Seiki SL 20 - Fanuc series 0i-TF
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum 2 years prior set-up and operation experience.
CNC experience including how to set up and operate. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills / Strong attention to detail, mathematical ability, interpreting blueprints.
