Job Description
Experienced Maintenance Technician with experience in CNC equipment. The ideal candidate would be able to problem solve, repair, and provide preventative maintenance to multiple types of CNC equipment including but not limited to CNC Vertical, Horizontal, Lathe, and Routers. They would be able to provide a safe and clean work environment in their workspace and be able to understand the inner workings of each machine, while working autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Perform PM on CNC equipment
Take care of building and exterior grounds
Maintain machines, mechanical equipment, air-conditioning and heating systems
Work with management and engineering to make improvements
Required Skills
Self-starter, able to work independently, attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Understanding of OHSA and safety regulations
Ability to paint, repair flooring, minor office construction
Knowledge of operation of hand-held mechanical and powered tools, HVAC machinery, test equipment, etc.
Maintenance Technician will also be in charge of Safety around the facility this will be part of your training and no prior experience is required.
Education / Experience
College degree or equivalent
3 - 5 years manufacturing engineering experience with direct involvement in the development and production of mechanical components
