We are a fast-paced CNC machine shop looking to hire 3 experienced positions:
1. CNC SETUP TECHNICIAN – MILL
Experience with vertical, horizontal, and 3/5-axis mills
Comfortable with high RPM / quick-turn jobs
Able to read blueprints and GD&T
Familiar with fixtures, tooling, and probing
2. CNC PROGRAMMER – MILL
Experience with Mastercam.
Strong knowledge of high-speed machining
Able to optimize toolpaths and cycle times
3/5-axis , horizontal .
3. QC INSPECTOR – CNC MACHINING
Experience inspecting machined parts
Able to read blueprints and GD&T
Experience using micrometers, calipers, height gauge
CMM experience ( Zeiss and Mirco-Vu )
Familiar with First Article and in-process inspection and Doc Control
