Join our team as an Entry-Level Die Casting Production Worker and play a key role in manufacturing high-precision metal parts for the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries. This is a union position and will require union membership.
What you will do:
Operate and monitor die casting machines to produce metal parts according to strict specifications.
Load metal ingots into furnaces and safely transfer molten metal to the casting machine.
Perform quality control checks on finished products, inspecting for defects and ensuring they meet our high standards.
Trim and finish excess material from cast parts using hand tools and trimming presses.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
Assist with machine setups and changeovers as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth production flow.
What you will need:
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed work instructions and perform accurate quality checks.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Safety Minded: Commitment to following all safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: First shift (5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Ability to work OT and mandatory OT and early start (3:00 a.m.) as needed required by the company.
