Seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator with experience!
Camputee Press is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator with a strong sewing background to join our team! If you have a passion for sewing and textiles we want to hear from you! We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship. On the job training available for the right candidate.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
40 hours a week 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Paid Holidays + Vacation time after required probationary period.

Duties:
Operate industrial embroidery machines (We are Tajima Shop!)
Daily Order Review: ability to work with a team and follow specified work order instructions.
Embroidery Machine set up.
Centering, hooping and proper use of backing for various garments.
Post production: Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency; backing removal, steaming,folding & packing orders.
Staging
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues: tension, thread breakages, bobbin issues
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Daily oiling and monthly lubing.
Maintain a fast-paced, organized workspace.
Requirements:
Experience in machine operation and sewing (1-3 years preferred).
Computer literacy - Windows
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Sense of Urgency a requirement.
Punctuality a requirement.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time a big plus.
