As a Deburrer/Production Helper, you will be responsible for deburring, sanding and finishing many machine parts. Must follow instructions and pay close attention to detail. All finished machine parts must meet specifications at the highest level of quality ensuring accuracy in finishing parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for performing duties that include deburring, sanding, and washing parts
Use hand tools such as deburr gun, pencil grinder and other small tools
Use sand paper to remove burrs
Cut material with band saw
Ensure "best deburring and finishing practices" are being followed and are in place at all times
Follow supervisor instructions to get material lining up for production.
Insert dowel pins and other parts as necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous deburring and finishing experience preferred. Minimum 2-3 years experience is preferred.
Willing to train if the candidate demonstrates required attributes as follows:
Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift
Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail
Communicates well verbally. Bilingual in Vietnamese & English is a PLUS but not required.
Mechanically inclined, with good manual skill.
Ability to use hand tools, such as deburr guns, pencil grinders
Ability to work with sand paper to remove chips and burrs
Frequently required to stand, walk, push, reach overhead, and bend to the floor
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs of material when needed.
