We are currently looking to hire the following full time experienced and motivated individuals;
CNC Machinist Setup Person, 10 yrs experience working in diverse shops willing to bring your experience and learn new skills. Must be fluent with set-up of vertical mills including 4th and 5th axis, making edits, changing tools as required and inspecting own work for successful setups and run of orders. Knowledge of probing, Fanuc, Fadal and Haas controls is required.
Shop Helper/Operator, this position is for young aspiring machinists who display mechanical aptitude and want to start at the ground level performing important tasks such as deburr, saw cutting, basic preventative maintenance on machines and as required operate machines using basic measuring tools.
Aside from having the required technical and trade skills it is essential that our employees have a professional attitude, and stellar work ethic. Robotics! yes we have them, come work with the future of manufacturing, this can be your new home!
Requirements:
A qualified candidate must have:
Education- High school graduate or equivalent.
Machinist job Duties and skills:
Able to setup, operate CNC mills and Lathes preferred.
Able to setup and operate a manual mill and lathe is preferred.
Must be able to inspect own work.
Ability to comprehend GD&T.
Able to work with minimal supervision
Detail oriented and organized person
Self-motivated, team player willing to work with others, responsible, with a high desire to complete the jobs correctly in a time sensitive environment.
Experience with a Haas, Kitamura and Fadals. 3, 4 & 5 Axis Mills with Robotics.
