Marble fabrication and Tile installation company based in San Francisco, design oriented, operating in the high-end residential industry, is looking for an assistant shop manager.
This position is responsible for assisting in day to day administrative functions of the shop. This includes, but is not limited to maintaining slab and supplies inventory, maintaining the fleet of vehicles, updating the projects schedule.
This position is based in San Francisco and requires travel to project sites throughout the bay area. This position is primarily full time, but part time candidates will be considered.
Desired qualifications:
- Punctual and dependable.
- Computer knowledgeable
- Have some experience in the construction business
- Understand measurements, know materials and are capable of reading architectural drawings.
- Organized, detail oriented, comfortable working on a team.
- Willing to learn and grow in a stimulating environment of craftsmen and designers.
You are fluent in English and Spanish. Knowing Italian is a plus.
