Duties/Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
Familiar with CNC mills with Fanuc control, Haas vertical, Haas UMC 5-axis. Will consider experience on similar
type machines.
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have own tools and basic inspection equipment
Must have strong work ethic and work well with others.
Job Skills:
Operate CNC mills and perform simple set ups when necessary
Use inspection tools to monitor dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot problems with tooling and replace if necessary.
Must be organized and accurate with documentation.
Desired Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Knowledge of machining processes and problem solving skills to ensure strict quality and cosmetic standards
2 years' experience as a CNC machine operator
Must have good knowledge of G and M codes.
Must be knowledgeable with GD&T.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $24.28 - $36.44 hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
