Full-Time CMM Programmer – ISO 9001 Certified Machine Shop
We are currently seeking a full-time CMM Programmer to join our team at an ISO 9001-certified precision machine shop. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and be proficient in using precision hand measuring tools to inspect machined components.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate CMM equipment using CMM Manager software
Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections
Complete and maintain all related inspection documentation
Communicate effectively with shop personnel regarding any nonconformities or deviations
Conduct daily in-process inspections on the shop floor to ensure part compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator
Expert understanding of GD&T standards and principles
Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems preferred
