We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to support our Sales & Marketing Department in achieving company sales goals. This position plays a key role in coordinating sales activities, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing comprehensive administrative and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and communication.
- Assist Sales Representatives and senior management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable—handling inquiries, providing updates, arranging delivery schedules, and resolving issues promptly.
- Process and manage customer orders via phone or email, verifying accuracy in pricing, product details, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare and issue sales quotations and sales orders, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders, marketing activities, and customer deliveries.
- Maintain organized sales records and filing systems to support efficient operations.
- Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including tracking and follow-up.
- Address customer concerns by identifying issues, determining root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and communications in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Eagerness to learn company products, industry trends, and best practices.
