Press Assistant – Full-Time

We are seeking a full-time Press Assistant to join our growing commercial screen printing company in San Jose. This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include:
Catching and folding printed apparel
Mixing inks
Screen reclaiming and preparation
Assisting with product inventory
General warehouse and production support
Requirements:
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
Must be able to lift boxes and handle labor-intensive tasks
Basic English communication skills required
Previous warehouse or screen printing experience preferred, but not required
Compensation:
Starting at $18.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow
