Job Duties:
Schedule daily shipments to customers in coordination with Sales, Production, and Accounting departments
Schedule in-house production, kitting, and testing in support of customer shipment schedule
Manage shipping & receiving dock; facilitate shipments by loading and unloading product when needed
Schedule outgoing shipments with freight carriers and resolve issues
Schedule inspections of incoming shipments
Manage inbound and outbound customer RMA shipments
Process shipping transactions in ERP system
Use and maintain freight carrier websites and software
Order and maintain shipping supplies
Pick and pack customer orders
Maintain an orderly warehouse
Other related shipping / receiving / warehouse duties as applicable
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment (preferably electronics)
Supervisory experience
Proficient in UPS / FedEx shipping software
Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel)
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
