USK Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in precision sheet metal fabrication, machining and mechanical assembly . We are looking for a positive self-motivated individual that can easily adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
We have a Precision Welder position available now.
Responsibilities:
1. TIG welding of thin Aluminum, Stainless and Steel sheet metal, between .020 and .125 inches thick.
2. Maintain and hold tolerances of +/-.005".
3. Maintain welding equipment and supplies.
4. Keep work area clean and organized.
5. Train and supervise welding department.
Qualifications:
1. At least 4 years of experience TIG welding at a precision sheet metal shop.
2. Can setup yourself, make fixtures and weld consistently.
3. Understand welding symbols, drawings and welding specifications.
4. Team player, positive attitude, ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
9. High attention to detail and precision.
10. Can handle non-climate controlled warehouse.
