Join a small agency providing life opportunities and resources to adults living with disabilities. Our clients are independently living and looking for Direct Service Providers to help them stay/increase their independence. Job tasks include; medical appointments, meal prepping and grocery shopping, helping balance personal budgets, help find volunteer opportunities, increase community engagement and more. Our primary goal is to increase stability, health and happiness for our clients while providing meaningful life experiences on a regular basis.

Flexible Schedule, 25-35 hours per week, pay depends on experience.
Must have reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check, and a clean driving record.
