Unity In Marin, an open and inclusive spiritual community that also operates Hamilton Montessori School, is seeking Event Support Staff to join our team.
The ideal candidate is:
Professional, welcoming and comfortable interacting with a range of guests and team members.
Available 5-6 hours on Sunday mornings (8am - 2pm).
Open to working additional hours for various rentals and special events (not required).
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Duties include:
Set up / break down pop-up tents
Set up / break down folding tables and chairs
Set up / breakdown multi-use classrooms
Set up / breakdown of signage
Set up / breakdown of dance floor
Re-stocking and tidying of facilities during events
Assisting visitors with any questions
Providing additional support to the hospitality team when needed
Rental and special events vary in length and frequency and include evenings and occasional overtime. Most events are booked at least 30-60 days in advance or longer.

Compensation: $20 - $25/hr based on experience
5-6 hours Minimum Weekly
Rental Events can provide an additional 5 - 20 hours per week.
