Full-Time Executive Assistant for Mushroom Church
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as a full-time executive assistant. As part of a thriving spiritual community with over 120,000 members, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership and the ongoing operations of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and organizational tasks.
Assist in coordinating internal and external events.
Handle communications, including emails and inquiries from stakeholders and members.
Maintain records, documents, and files.
Support daily operations and special projects as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Familiarity with media production or social media management is a plus.
Passion for spirituality, wellness, or community-driven initiatives is highly desirable.
