We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Coordinator Apprentice to join our team and develop into a key administrative role.

Position Overview:

The Office Coordinator Apprentice will play an important supporting role in our office operations. The ideal candidate will have some administrative experience and a strong desire to learn about the construction industry. This position offers a variety of administrative tasks, with opportunities to develop skills in schedule management, client communication, and document management.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:

- Assist in coordinating project schedules and appointments.

- Learn to track task completion and adherence to deadlines.

- Support resource allocation and workforce scheduling efforts.

Client Communication:

- Provide support in handling client inquiries and communications.

- Develop skills in professional communication via email, calls, and chats.

- Learn to address client concerns and when to escalate issues.

Document Management:

- Help organize and maintain project documentation and files.

- Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and other necessary documents.

- Learn about compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Administrative Support:

- Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports.

- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and ordering process.

Team Coordination:

- Help facilitate communication among project teams.

- Assist in organizing and conducting regular team meetings.

- Learn about office policies and procedures.

Technology Management:

- Assist in maintaining office equipment and software systems.

- Learn to use project management and communication tools effectively.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of administrative experience; at least 1-2 years of construction industry experience

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Google Docs and willingness to learn project management software.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a desire to develop problem-solving skills.

- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
