A growing pest control company located in Downtown San Jose, California, is seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented Admin Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,
adaptable, and capable of supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of
our office.
Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Processing data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems for documents, contracts,
and project paperwork.
Assisting office staff with administrative support.
Performing general administrative tasks as required.
Reminding clients of upcoming appointments.
Assisting with scheduling and routing technicians efficiently.
Managing billing data, preparing invoices, and emailing them to clients.
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner, with the ability to adapt, retain knowledge, and follow instructions effectively.
Previous customer service and office administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Availability to work some Saturdays. Monday- Friday (Time 9am-6pm )
