Small architectural and engineering firm in Emeryville has Part Time (24-30 hours / week) opening for Admin / Receptionist with 3+ years of experience. Successful candidate will assist in a variety of administrative and logistics tasks such as:
General Office Management, handle daily mail, answering telephone, shipping, documents tracking
Assist in preparation of proposals and presentations
Word processing
Copy production
Order/maintain office and operating supplies
Complete other duties as requested
Successful candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-task under deadlines, have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and organized. Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint. College degree in related field and experience in A & E industry a plus.
