A small, growing CPA firm in Campbell is looking for a F/T and/or P/T admin assistant.
Job responsibilities include:
- Answer all inbound phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Make phone calls to Tax agencies for questions and inquires
- Correspond with clients on gathering documents for tax preparations and uploading them to the firm's portal
- Follow up with clients on getting the missing documents in, send e-signature documents to clients
-Bill clients and follow up on payments
-Manage Accounts Receivables through Quickbooks Onlin
- Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate purchases and keep the office in order
- Schedule meetings and appointments, assist clients to reschedule meetings
- Flexible to help support team needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with technology, computer literate
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - intermediate/advanced level
- Must know QuickBooks
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Native English speaking only
- Professional demeanor
- Self-starter and willing to learn new tasks
This job is an on-site position between January-April, and hybrid for remaining of the year. Some weekend availability is a MUST during busy season of January-April.
