Part-time administrative assistant and project management support for small, accredited association. 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9am-3pm. Position is both remote and in-person. Ideal candidate resides in Santa Rosa.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Administrative support to conference coordinator
-Prepare and proofread broadcast emails, program books, slide presentations, etc.
-Answer phones and emails and provide customer service
-Maintain calendar of tasks and deadlines
-Coordinate and facilitate projects with volunteers
Must:
-Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Be confident using different computer systems
-Have excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize
-Have prior office experience
-Pay attention to detail with accurate data entry
-Be punctual and reliable
