1. Office is in Livermore, so must be close enough to drive here.

2. Must be organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

3. Must be a detailed person.

4. Have experience working in a busy workplace and enjoy doing so.

5. Enjoy talking on the phone.

6. Must be able to write clearly.

7. Must be able to communicate verbally so others are able to easily understand you.

8. Friendly and enjoy talking to others.

9. Arrive early and do not miss work.

10. Available primarily during day hours.

11. Able to drive throughout the Bay Area on occasion.

12. Available some evenings.

13. Not distracted from work by matters outside of work.

14. Work well as a team with other staff members.

15. Dress in a clean and professional manner.

16. Must be able to accurately copy numbers and do basic math.

17. Computer literate.

18. Must be available to work for a minium of one-year.

19. Starting pay is based on experience. Please indicate the hourly rate you desire.

20. Experience in property management is to your advantage, but not required.
