- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Efficiency: Ensure timely follow-up and reminders for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication: Clear and friendly phone manner.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and record-keeping.

- Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service or appointment coordination is a plus.
Requirements:
- Inside Sales/Call Center experience
- Willingness to be taught and learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, and Windows based applications.
- Availability days and on weekends.
