Waxcreative is looking for a Billing/Admin Manager and Executive Assistant to join our eclectic team. This position will primarily be responsible for bookkeeping and administrative tasks as well as providing executive assistant support.

Main Responsibilities
Run AR/AP (Quickbooks); track/assess overhead, recurring expenses, paid subscriptions, etc.
Assist Waxcreative’s Owner, manage/organize her calendar and projects, including various aspects of running the company.
Manage admin protocols. Implement, measure results, suggest/make necessary adjustments.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in a bookkeeping role, 1 - 2 years minimum
Quickbooks experience, 1- 2 years minimum
Experience preferred for: Project management and time-tracking apps
Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, Gmail, browsers, printers, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24 - $28 hourly, depending upon experience
Flexible schedule
Onsite to start with possibility for limited remote work
