California Collision is a family owned body shop voted Best auto body several years in a row. We are looking to hire a customer service representative that wants to grow with our team. We have a fun environment and excellent work schedule we work Monday thru Thursday Only and off Friday thru Sunday. Ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and interaction, organized, able to answer phones and work well in team environment.
Responsibilities will consist of providing status to customer on a weekly basis, answering phones, greeting customers and assisting service writer with paper work and following up with insurance companies for pending paperwork and approvals. We will teach you to use our shop management software for documentation.
This position has the opportunity for growth into a service writer in the future if candidate shows capable of handling tasks. If you have a positive attitude and ready to work we would love to hear from you.
