GW Capital, a diversified investment company, seeks a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant with strong accounting acumen to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to our executive team, contributing to the operational efficiency and strategic success of the firm.

Job Type:

Part-Time (20 hours)

Weekdays (flexible), In-Person

San Ramon, CA

Responsibilities:

Maintain and streamline our executive team’s schedules, proactively manage potential conflicts, and ensure timely preparation for meetings.

Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, gathering materials, taking accurate minutes, and facilitating action item follow-up.

Information Management: Implement and maintain a robust system for organizing documents, records, and investment reports. Proactively monitor capital calls and manage government entity compliance filings.

Financial Management: Reconcile credit card statements in QuickBooks and ensure accurate expense tracking.

Financial Analysis: assist with analyzing data and building pro forma and return calculations related to our investment projects.

Effective Communication: Compose clear and concise written communication, effectively interact with high-profile individuals and investors via phone and email.

Initiative & Time Management: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, prioritize tasks effectively across multiple deadlines, and maintain a well-organized work environment even under pressure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.

Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and draw insightful conclusions.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
