Experienced Office Assistant

A small skincare company in Sebastopol seeks a versatile office assistant to join our team. Must have strong computer and organizational skills, be detail oriented, and efficiently handle multiple tasks.

Part-time with the potential for full-time. Pay is negotiable based on qualifications

Key responsibilities:

· Experience with website management and website programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Shopify, Photoshop)

Organize and oversee order flow, ensuring timely processing and shipping. Be familiar with UPS nad USPS shipping protocols.

Provide on-line customer service by responding to inquiries via email and phone.
