Customer Service:

Assisting clients or customers with inquiries and requests.

Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues

Communication:

Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Greeting and assisting visitors.

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Managing the office calendar.

Administrative Support:

Managing and organizing files, documents, and records.

Data entry and record-keeping.

Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

Managing and ordering office supplies.

Communication:

Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Greeting and assisting visitors.

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Managing the office calendar.

Office Technology:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

Troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Key Skills and Qualities Required:

Some Quickbooks knowledge is required

Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish

Exceptional competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Recording financial transactions in QuickBooks

Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in administrative roles is essential

Familiarity with payroll management is a valuable asset

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Managing the books, utilizing QuickBooks

Overseeing payroll processes

Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Efficiently managing our staff

Supervising collections efforts

Maintaining regular communication with clients via phone and email regarding their accounts

Ensuring accurate data entry

Addressing various miscellaneous tasks as they arise

Office cleaning schedule Management
