Job Description:
Your primary role will be office management with experience in Medical / Dental Office Skills. These skills include insurance billing, client scheduling, filing, general office management, supply ordering, etc., and we are looking for a minimum of three years experience, but can train if it's a good fit with less experience. Because you'll be the first person our clients encounter on the phone or in person, friendliness is a must!
We are located in Pleasant Hill, CA and our hours of operation are 10:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday, but you'll need to be in the office by 9:00am each day to get the day started and organized. The office only has three employee's, including you, so it's a small office vibe.
Skills Required:
- People skills and strong phone reception skills are a must. You will be the first point of contact when people call in or visit our business.
- Computer skills necessary for Excel, Word, Online Blogging, etc. (must know how to use technology in general)
- Three years of filing and office management skills recommended
- Three years experience with medical insurance billing recommended
- Good organizational skills and a positive attitude
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a salary position at full time, part time hourly for the first three months then conversion to salary
