What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Operations: 70%
Implement and fine-tune operations processes like an organizational superstar.
Tame the CRM beast, ensuring customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and handled with care.
Keep customers smiling and informed by being their go-to contact after the sale (hint: they’ll love you for it).
Work closely with install leads to keep everyone on the same page—yes, you’ll be the communications ninja who makes project scheduling run like clockwork.
Schedule site visits, manage meetings, and rock the paperwork (someone has to, right?).
Oversee materials orders and deliveries like a pro
Sales Support: 30%
Channel your inner sales hero by helping create proposals using our internal bid tool (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
Crunch numbers and share the insights with our team through regular sales reports and dashboards.
Tackle administrative tasks with style. Sales operations need love too!
Training and Onboarding: <1%
Guide new team members through onboarding like a mentor extraordinaire.
Share your wisdom on CRM and sales tools because teamwork makes the dream work.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (professional experience counts too!).
Proven experience in construction, solar PV operations, or sales—you know your way around the industry.
A CRM guru and Google Suite whiz? Yep, we’re looking for you!
Organizational skills so sharp they can cut through any challenge.
Communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
$22-$36/hr DOE
