This is part time position, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays hours9 to 4.30
Looking for secretary for plumbing company. This person must be organized and able to handle stressful situations. Secretary will be in charge of writing proposals, writing invoices and making sure all the bills are always paid on time. You will also be in charge of answering phones and scheduling customers at a timely matter, following up with customers if necessary.
