Position & Responsibilities
Purchasing & Production Support Admin - you will work closely with Hardcraft's owner to learn to purchase materials required for our production process. Purchasing is a vital function for our organization - doing it well is critical. Hardcraft's owner will provide extensive, ongoing training and management to ensure you have the tools and support to succeed. This portion of the role typically will take 2-5 hours per day.
Light (30-60 mins/week) production material inventory management - checking levels of materials required to run the facility so we don't run out.
Production coordination: Handle documentation to support the production process. Typically 1-3 hours/day.
Other admin tasks as necessary
Flexible hours on-site. We would prefer you to be onsite daily Monday-Friday in the morning for several hours each day, but if you demonstrate a good work ethic and need to work from home in the afternoons/evenings 1-3 days/week, we can accommodate that.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude, good work ethic, problem-solving approach
Must be able to touch-type
Able to communicate clearly in written English
Comfortable with basic math (multiplication, division, etc.)
Comfortable using Excel and Outlook
Authorized to work in the US
