Immediate opening for year-round Part Time Office Administrator. 15-20 hrs/week. Days/times flexible.
Candidate must have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, keeping office supply re-stocked, logging in and organizing client information, copy/assembling client packets, maintaining and management of client database and secure portal, compilation of basic letters and reports.
Position requirements: Working knowledge of Windows (PC), Basic Microsoft Office 360, Adobe. Experience with Excel a plus.
Must have ability to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, attention to detail, self-motivated, service-oriented, clear and concise language skills. Prior experience in financial, accounting or tax office a plus.
