Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries efficiently.

Manage and organize client files and documents.

Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.

Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
