Assistant to Office Manager in Landscaping Business
30-40 hours week
In office training, with opportunities to work from home part-time after training.
Entry to Mid-Level Experience
Working in a small home office, this position is to assist the Office Manager in some of the following responsibilities:
Filing
Customer Service: phones, texts and email
Scheduling client appointments & followup
New hire paperwork
Assisting with WC insurance, liability insurance, & managing Audits.
Vehicle insurance policies
Licensing, Bonds, and cultivating professional relationships
Landscape association management
Income processing
Timesheet reports
Invoicing
Annual Contract management
Receipt processing
Purchasing as needed
Vendor Payments
Required:
Great customer service skills, very detail oriented, hard worker, reliable, long-term commitment with a lot of opportunity for personal growth with an award-winning landscape company.
References a must
