Job Description:

Duties of the Office Clerk include but are not limited to answering the phone, scheduling roof inspections and interacting with customers in a professional, polite manner. Will sort and respond to emails, file documents and assist with tasks as needed. Candidate must know how to use Google Docs, Calendar and Email. Will communicate with customers, employees and others to answer questions and relay information. Operate office machines, such as personal computers, printers, and copiers, and maintain professional appearance and behavior.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma

Must speak English well

2 or more years of clerical-related work

Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and follow directions and learn new tasks

Attention to detail and good common sense

Friendly and positive demeanor
