Office Clerk / Bilingual

A Chiropractic office in Cupertino is looking for a part-time bilingual office clerk (fluent in English and Spanish) who can work three days a week (current office hours are Mon, Tue, Wed, 9am to 6pm), with the possibility of increasing working hours as business requires. You’ll be working from 9:00am to 5:00pm, or 11:00am to 7:00pm.

You need to have:

Good communication skills and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task.

Computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good customer service attitude.

Be able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

Answering and routing phone calls/faxes.

Checking in patients and helping with completing the intake forms.

Contacting insurance companies to get pre-authorization, or discuss patient billings.

Helping with patient billings (training will be provided).

Keeping your working area organized and clean.

Filing patient folders in an orderly fashion and keeping filing cabinets organized.
