This person will be at the center of operations for a global business management firm in the Financial District. They will work as the "hub" for an office of 50 people (usually about 15-50 are present in the office on any given day). This position will have opportunities to grow within the role and take on more responsibilities.

The position is a 9:00 am to 5:30 pm office job.

Qualifications:

Applicable experience in high level client centric company in reception, office coordination and management, and/or administrative support

Must know MS office and will train on proprietary systems

Must be comfortable with having autonomy at work

Very sharp and adaptable

Willing to grow in the position and assume more responsibilities

Ability to proofread and generate documents that will be disseminated to clients

Can handle heavy client contact

Duties:

Order food, stationary, and any other supplies needed for the office

Some phone, but most consultants have direct dial

Will perform calendar scheduling for 8 meeting rooms

Handle all office requests and confirmations for remote consultants

Will be the backup for the Executive Assistants

In charge of kitchen, facility management, and fire marshal duties as the office manager
