We are a small non profit organization that is searching for an office manager. We have been in business for 2 years and have done some great things. This year we would like to do more, but need your help. We are an arts based organization that offers Murals and art classes to children in low income areas where they may not have the opportunity to do so. We are looking for someone that’s passionate about helping others and if you love art, that is a plus.

You will need to have basic office skills, because the position is remote, however you will need to meet with me in El Sobrante once a week.

Writing skills are a must. Grant writing is a plus. There is a lot of writing involved in this position. Attention to detail and knowing how to get information that is needed.

Phone skills. There is a lot of talking on the phone and following up. Phone skills and a nice demeanor is necessary.

Organization skills are a must, you will need to follow directions and set your own pace to get the necessary things done.

Communication will be very important.

If you are knowledgeable with social media and creating videos, this is a plus.

If you are great with marketing this is another huge plus.

The more skills you have the more you can help our business thrive.

There are opportunities to make extra money through commissions. We can talk about how that will work

Pay is $20 per hour and will start part time. Once things get moving and funding comes in, full time will be available.
