What We Do: We manufacture and sell a high-grade brand of herbal formulas globally. Our mission is to provide clinically effective herbal formulas to help people regain their health.

What We are Looking for: You have excellent customer service skills and care about meeting the needs of our practitioners. You are well organized and enjoys completing tasks efficiently and professionally.

What we are offering: This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, in Santa Rosa.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30 to 4:30.

The compensation is $22 an hour.

We also offer performance bonuses.

The benefits include health insurance, vacation pay, sick leave and 6 paid holidays.

Paid half an hour lunch break and a supportive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience working in an office environment

Should be computer literate with both Mac and PC operating systems.

Have experience with ecommerce and software experience with MS office and Adobe.

Experience with natural health care is helpful.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize

Proficient skills in organization, sorting and filing.

Works well independently and as a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Punctual and on time

Ability to maintain accurate records.

Enjoy working with clients and the ability to resolve issues in a supportive effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting in the office:

Answering phone calls from practitioners

Managing orders by phone or fax promptly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Processing orders through our ecommerce system.

Answering emails promptly and using template letters for practitioners requesting an account.

Creating client files and enabling their accounts.

Maintaining accurate customer account records and performing follow-up.

Working with our shipping system and setting up international shipping.

Placing supply orders

Dealing with issues that arise with orders and finding solutions.

Communicating with the lab, production and shipping team, assisting when needed.

Creating newsletters through our social media programs

Additional Requirements

Non-smoker and does not wear perfume, hairspray, essential oils or scented lotions before or during work.

Ability to sit or stand on feet for extended periods of time.
