Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager & Leads Dispatch to oversee project coordination, manage client leads, and streamline operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between clients, project managers, and sales teams while optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads Management: Handle incoming client inquiries, qualify leads, and assign them to the appropriate sales team members. Track leads from initial contact to project completion.

Project Coordination: Maintain up-to-date project schedules, ensure all permits and inspections are obtained, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.

Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Administrative Oversight: Implement and improve organizational systems, maintain accurate records, and handle invoicing and documentation.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and field staff to ensure seamless execution of projects.

CRM Management: Utilize and optimize CRM software to track leads, projects, and client interactions.

Marketing & Advertising Support: Oversee ad placements, review content for accuracy, and ensure promotions align with company goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in operations, dispatch, project management, or administrative roles within the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management tools.

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
