Local San Francisco Messenger Service is looking to hire a Part time office personnel to share the current and increasing workload with the current office staff. Customer service experience is a must - as you will be interfacing directly with clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones and emails and assisting clients with scheduling pickups and deliveries
-Help organize all couriers on the road
-Help with Restocking supplies as needed - -Taking inventory of cleaning supplies, office supplies, etc
-Open/Closing Our office
Must be:
-Able to communicate efficiently on a team
-Punctual
-Comfortable with Google, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
-Comfortable learning new software
-Organized
-Good problem solving skills
-Attention to detail
-Able to Multitask
-able to keep up in a changing/fast paced work environment
-Work independently
-Must be a team player

Hours: 25-30 hours a week
Bi weekly Pay periods
Pay Rate based on experience - $21-$23 hour
