We are looking for a full-time administrative professional with experience to join our San Rafael team.
We want a self starter that will help take the office to the next level. The Administrative Assistant supports a small team of sales professionals.
Some of the daily tasks include: managing calendars, managing phones, client coordination, AP/AR, maintaining the office environment as well as supplies and equipment, processing payroll, running various reports, and generally oversee the day to day of the administrative tasks in the office.
REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Strong Customer Service Background
Advanced Microsoft Office

Ability to work without the need of supervision

Strong Communicator
Bilingual-Spanish/English a plus
