Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator / Ambassador at Just Breathe Chiropractic
Location: Downtown Healdsburg, CA
Compensation: $22-28/hour DOE (depending on experience)
Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week, potential for more)
Just Breathe Chiropractic is a welcoming wellness center in the heart of downtown Healdsburg, dedicated to helping our community achieve optimal health through holistic chiropractic care. We’re seeking a calm, connected, and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator / Ambassador. Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and serve as the first point of contact, embodying our “ambassador” spirit with calm, empathetic communication.
Manage patient check-ins, scheduling, and coordination using Google Docs and our office systems.
Handle basic financial tasks, including running credit cards, processing payments, and providing statements/invoices to patients.
Navigate and utilize Apple devices (iMac and iPad) for daily operations, such as updating records and accessing patient information.
Assist with light administrative duties, like organizing files, answering phones, and supporting the chiropractic team to ensure smooth clinic flow.
Foster positive patient relationships, helping them feel connected and supported throughout their visit.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to remain calm under pressure and build meaningful connections.
Comfortable with technology: Proficient in Google Docs, Apple iMac/iPad, and basic point-of-sale systems (credit card processing experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you’ll be the coordinator keeping everything running smoothly.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or retail (but not required – we’re happy to train the right person).
Reliable, positive attitude, and a passion for wellness and community.
Must be available for part-time shifts, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
