Part Time - Payroll Specialist/Admin Assistant

Construction company is seeking a part time administrative assistant/payroll specialist. Responsibilities would include the following:

1. Bi weekly payrolls - run using payroll providers such as ADP/Paychex. Manage timecard tracking system through payroll portals (i.e. ADP Time Tracking, Paychex Time Tracking)

2. Manage deliveries and coordinate with foreman's for deliveries and tools

3. Filing/scanning duties - manage various types of documents and file accordingly. Scan over AP and AR documents to accounting team. Print out and assemble project binders as needed.

4. Manage schedule for company executives

5. Various other administrative tasks as needed.

6. Organization around the office and assist ownership with organizing our operations
