Job Title: Personal Assistant / Project Manager / Household Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill a unique role that combines
the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant, Project Manager, and Household Manager for a
high-net-worth individual with multiple businesses and properties. The ideal candidate will be
capable of managing both professional and personal tasks, overseeing complex projects, and
ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s household. This role requires a hands-on
approach, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
● Personal Tasks: Manage personal errands, appointments, and day-to-day tasks to
streamline the executive's life.
● Travel to Portland once a quarter for home management
● Flexibility for weekend availability.
● Maintain discretion with confidential information.
● Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for personal matters,
handling correspondence and communications with professionalism.
Project Manager Duties:
● Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage various projects related to
business ventures, property development, and personal initiatives, ensuring they are
completed on time and within budget.
● Budget Oversight: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and ensure that all
financial targets are met.
● Timeline Coordination: Create and maintain project timelines, setting milestones and
monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
● Team Leadership: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers, leading
cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
● Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues that
could impact project success.
Household Manager Duties:
● Household Operations: Oversee / perform the 2x weekly operations of the household,
including maintenance, organization, and property upkeep.
● Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise household staff, ensuring their tasks are
completed to the highest standards.
● Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors and
service providers, overseeing renovations, repairs, and other household projects.
● Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of household supplies,
groceries, and personal items, restocking as needed.
● Security Oversight: Monitor and maintain household security systems and protocols,
ensuring a safe environment.
Required Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Project Manager, or Household Manager,
preferably for high-net-worth individuals or in a fast-paced environment.
● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize
effectively.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and discreet
demeanor.
● Financial skills, with experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
● Leadership skills to manage household & contractor staff and coordinate with external
service providers.
● High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information.
● Proficiency in using office software, project management tools, and household
management systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in real estate, or property management.
● Familiarity with home maintenance, property renovations, and contractor supervision.
● Familiarity with home networks and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
● Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as
needed.
● Ability to travel occasionally for business and household-related tasks.
● Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally supporting a high-net-worth
individual.
