Personal Assistant – Organized & Business Savvy - PA

Hello Craigslist!

I’m looking for a sharp, self-motivated Personal Assistant who’s ready to take on a wide range of tasks for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a remote position with flexible hours but also must be willing to run occasional business related errands or meet for weekly or bi-weekly meetings. Not grocery store type errands, only business related errands. Just want to be clear there :)

We will create and set clear expectations each week and review items daily or weekly keeping track of business needs and tracking progress. Growth is extremely important and this is a growth based business.

We only grow as quickly as the moment we decide to grow.

Responsibilities include:

Making appointments and handling day to day scheduling

Building and maintaining positive banking relationships

Supporting small business growth and identifying new opportunities

Helping with tax prep and financial organization

Research business grants and funding opportunities

Knowledgeable about real estate, local and international, or willingness to learn

You’re a great fit if you:

Are highly organized and detail-oriented

Take initiative and love figuring things out on your own

Have strong research and writing skills

Are business-savvy or excited to learn on the go

Can identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions

I'm planning on purchasing land or property abroad. I need someone to make appointments with real estate agents, banks, and manage the checklist of items needed to be completed for purchasing property internationally as a US Citizen or US based business.

Pay range is $20 to $30 an hour (Depending on experience of course)

Opportunity to receive a business credit card for personal use or work related items (based on performance)

Must live in The Sf Bay Area, preferably in SF or Peninsula area.
