Property management/consulting business that manages Greek-housing organizations at college campuses is looking for an individual to do all aspects of data entry for our property maintenance system, Rent Manager, and to provide timely production of invoices and appropriate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities in our clients’ records.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow Inspection Report distribution protocols
Follow Work order protocols – Approved service orders from Service Tech- Complete directed work orders and identify for its proper billing designation
Assist with weekly materials receipt documentation and completion of Visa detail spreadsheets for reimbursement by Chapters on monthly basis
Ensure all Calendar of Service items related to routine inspections and testing is being completed on a timely basis and is documented in each client’s files.
Ensure each month’s work order invoice is submitted for payment within the necessary billing period
This position requires a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Rent Manager or other property management software or database experience a plus. Occasional hours will be required in Berkeley office.
